- Leaders in Government, PSU, Corporate, MSME, Startups, NGOs & Institutions
- Professionals with demonstrable leadership, innovation, and strategic achievements
Applicants must meet experience benchmarks and provide documentation (CV, achievements, media, etc.) to support their nomination.
Nomination Process
Step 1: Choose Award Category
Select the award(s) most aligned with your accomplishments.
Step 2: Fill Out the Nomination Form
Provide personal, professional, and organizational details.
Step 3: Submit Supporting Documents
Attach proof of impact (performance reports, media, recognitions, etc.).
Step 4: Select Nomination Fee Tier
- Standard ($60) – Jury Evaluation + Participation Certificate
- Premium ($200) – All of the above, PLUS:
- Feature in “Top 100/500 Nominee” List
- Public Voting Feature
- Nomination published exclusively on our website and digital platforms

Selection Process
SELECTION for CXO Gateway Awards is based on research done exclusively by a third party media/research agency at various levels as detailed below:
Level 1: Filtration Round
- During this stage, the authenticity and credibility of the nomination information received are thoroughly and exclusively examined by a third-party media/research agency.
Level 2: Screening Round
- The past achievements, accolades, and objectives of the nominated individual or organization are assessed by the research agency based on the provided nomination information. If the nomination does not meet the criteria set forth for the Award, it may be rejected.
Level 2: Selection Round
- In this phase, the research agency meticulously evaluates the overall merit of the nominees in comparison to other candidates. The agency may request additional details or conduct interviews to verify the facts and figures provided in the nomination. While considering the nominees for Awards in various categories, the agency places greater emphasis on the following factors rather than solely considering commercial profits:
- Distinctiveness of the nominee’s contributions and consistent excellence in their field
- Innovation and the overall impact of the nominee’s projects, products, or services
- Recognition from relevant trade bodies, chambers of commerce, organizations, or media outlets
- Contributions made by the nominee in the social or public domain
- Upon successfully clearing all three levels of evaluation, the research agency informs us if the nomination becomes eligible for an Award in the respective category.
- Evaluation & Shortlisting : A mixed jury of industry veterans and CXO peers reviews and rates nominations.
- Recognition Ceremony : Winners are announced and celebrated across CXO Gateway platforms, events, and press.
DISCRETION: Final discretion about the selection or revocation of nomination for the award lies with the Selection Committee of the research agency. In case, at any stage of the Awards process – before, during or after, if the information given by any nominee is found to be incorrect, their nomination or award will be revoked immediately.

By registering for this recognition, you agree:
- That, the deliverables against the requisite administrative charges will be delivered by M/s Question Techs Pvt Ltd.
- That, you have opted for additional PR deliverables by paying the requisite administrative charges as mentioned below.
- That, this registration is subject to realisation of administrative charges paid/to be paid by you.
- That, the administrative charges for availing deliverables are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- That, you have declared in your nomination that you (the Nominee) are free and clear of any criminal or anti-national charges.
- The bestowment of this recognition is based purely on the prima facie vetting of the documents, profile and testimonials submitted by you.
- That, any ambiguity or misinformation found in your nomination shall result in revoking of this Award at any time.
- That, this event may be re-scheduled or discontinued by the organisers at any time.
- That, the award/certificate issued/to be issued is for personal use only.
- That, your nomination has been evaluated exclusively by a third-party media/research agency – M/s Question Techs Private Limited, for this recognition.
- That, the organisers of this event are indemnified by you from any adverse result occurring out of usage of the name and logo of CXO Gateway Awards.
- That, dispute, if any shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh only.
